K Sports & Entertainment is a sports and entertainment management firm with focuses on NFL Player representation and marketing, corporate consulting, sponsorship sales, and event management. We provide extensive services to professional athletes, sports and entertainment properties and corporations that include: NFL player contract negotiation; selling and fulfilling strategic sponsorships for properties; Licensing and endorsement sales and negotiations for athletes and companies; and Event management for non-profit organizations and corporations.
Since our inception in 2002, we at KSE have successfully built our reputation on hard work, integrity and expertise in the industry. Kristen Kuliga, Esq., Principal
Kristen is the Principal and founder of K Sports & Entertainment and has worked in the sports and entertainment business for the past 20 years. She is the leading female sports agent in the United States, representing more than a dozen current and former NFL players. She is one of approximately 30 females certified by the NFLPA as a contract advisor (out of approximately 1,000 registered NFL agents).
Kristen was the first woman to negotiate a starting NFL quarterback’s contract, Doug Flutie’s $33 million contract with the San Diego Chargers. She also negotiated the contract’s subsequent restructuring as well as Flutie’s deal with the New England Patriots and his broadcasting deals with ABC Sports, ESPN, the UFL and NBC Sports. Kristen also oversees marketing and endorsement business for many NFL, NBA and MLB players. She has activated endorsement and sponsorship contracts with companies including NIKE, Reebok, McDonald’s, Sports Illustrated, USI, Cadillac, Eastern Bank, Coca-Cola, ESPN, Sun Life Financial, Dunkin Donuts and Motorola.
Kristen is well versed in the NFL/NFLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement and taught about its history and structure as an Adjunct Professor of Sports Law at Suffolk University Law School and at University of Massachusetts.
Prior to K Sports, Kristen was a partner at Altus Marketing & Management LLC where she oversaw the Events and Athletes divisions as well as held the position of General Counsel. Kristen led the expansion of AMM’s events business launching two new LPGA events and working with music icon, John Legend. In addition, she has worked with corporate clients including Popchips, Webster Bank and Double Cross Vodka to expand distribution and marketing in the Boston marketplace.
Prior to AMM, Kristen oversaw business development for sports and entertainment companies Paid, Inc. and FansRule where she worked with clients such as Aerosmith, Christina Aguilera, Jewel and Patti LaBell. Kristen started her career at Woolf Associates where she was Vice President of Athlete Marketing and was one of the key people involved in the licensing and marketing of “Flutie Flakes,” a cereal product that sold over 3 million boxes with a portion of proceeds donated to the Flutie Foundation for Autism. Furthermore, Kristen secured sponsorship for several sports properties including the Volkswagen/Trek Mountain Bike series and Cory Everson’s fitness show on ESPN.
Kristen sits on the board of directors of Shelter Legal Services Foundation, is an Ambassador to Family Reach Foundation and The Ally Foundation and is a member of the Boston Board of the National Sports Marketing Network.
Kristen is a cum laude graduate of both the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (1991) and Suffolk University Law School (1994).

Katharine White, Director of Consulting and Business Operations
Katharine joined KSE in 2010. She serves as Director of Corporate Consulting and Business Operations working closely with corporate clients that have included g3, Players’ Tribune, Golden Child Ventures, and United Sports Associates. In this role, Katharine represents g3 as their team liaison coordinating marketing efforts as well as negotiating and activating sponsorship assets with the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts. Katharine assists in managing KSE’s Masters hospitality program and events that have included Buchholz Bowl, Flavors of New England, The Boston Music Awards, The Vince Wilfork Draft Day Fundraiser, The ALLY Foundation’s Golf Tournament and annual Gala. Katharine also worked on a project basis for Sports Illustrated as an Event Marketing Manager in 2014.
Originally from San Antonio, Katharine graduated with a B.A. from The University of Michigan in 2010. While at The University of Michigan, she served as an arbiter and Student Board Panelist for the Office of Student Conflict Resolutions. Kat is an avid basketball and college basketball fan.

Nate Richman, Manager of Football Operations and Sponsorship Marketing
Nate joined KSE in 2013 as the Manager of Football Operations and Sponsorship Marketing. He is an NFL Certified Agent, and has negotiated numerous NFL player contracts. Working primarily with KSE’s NFL clients, Nate takes pride in maintaining close communication between KSE and its clients. He has built and developed relationships with NFL scouts, player personnel staff and general managers as well as many elite NFL Combine trainers throughout the country. He coordinates public relations for KSE clients and helps secure client endorsement deals. In addition to his NFL work, Nate works on selling KSE’s annual packages to attend the Masters Golf Tournament, assists with event management, sponsorship sales, and video editing at KSE.
Nate grew up locally in Massachusetts and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication (2011) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston College (2013).
While at Boston College, he was a three-year starting Offensive Guard and Captain of the Varsity Football team. Before joining KSE, Nate worked in Marketing and coached High School Basketball, Football, and Track and Field.

John Pace, Partner NFL Representation
A Trumbull, Connecticut native, John Pace graduated from Trumbull High school in 1985 where he enjoyed a variety of sports, lettering in football, basketball and track. John’s love for sports carried him to the University of Rhode Island where he was a member of the football team from 1985-1988. In 1985 the Rhode Island Rams were ranked 7th in the country (I-AA).
In 1990, John graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. Using his degree’s management and advertising concentration, John has spent his entire professional career in marketing. He began his career handling contract negotiations with Chief Executive Officers from Fortune 500 companies General Electric, AIG, Aetna, the American Automobile Association, Citibank, and Morgan Stanley to name a few.
After an illustrious career in marketing, John became the CEO and Co-Founder of Real Game Sports Management. Since certification in 2003 by the National Football League’s Players Association (NFLPA) to become a contract advisor, John has negotiated multiple NFL contracts and is personally responsible for the resurgence of two of his clients into the National Football League after both players had been out of the league for over two years.
Professionally, John prides himself on his expertise in advanced recruiting and networking, along with player marketing, team relations, endorsements and training. Being a former ball player himself, John knows what the player is going through on and off the field and can related to the everyday issues facing today’s elite athletes.
John’s passion for sports does not stop at the professional level, as much of his free time is spent working with young inner-city athletes in New Haven, Connecticut.
